Biography

Henry Matthew Crawford is an American filmmaker, writer, editor, actor, musician, water connoisseur, film historian, Waffle House enthusiast, weirdo, and founder of Checkered Fabric Studios. In his nearly decade-long career, he has garnered acclaim for his uniquely artistic and eccentric short films. He is known for writing and directing films such as "Untitled," "Afterbirth," and "Months." His short film, "Bravo Battery," earned him a spot as a state finalist in the 2023 Texas UIL Film competition. He is also known for his acting roles, primarily in Reid Willard's "Young", and Zea Marin's "Maneater." In 2014, he founded Checkered Fabric Studios, an independent production company now operating out of Brooklyn, New York. It should also be noted that Henry is not a virgin.
